Open Stack

Hi,

We're happy to announce the release of 7.1.0 (Liberty).

You'll also find tarballs and release notes.

Feedback about this release:
For the first time we used openstack/releases tools, and it's really
cool. It makes release management much simpler for us and more
consistent with other projects.
We still have an issue with e-mails announcements but I'm working on
it this week. Thanks Tony & Doug for your help on this one!
