[openstack-dev] [neutron] work on Common Flow Classifier and OVS Agent extension for Newton cycle

+1 for the bi-weekly proposal @17:00 UTC Tuesday.

IMO, let's start with this and then we can check on the feasibility of
having the meeting on a weekly basis.
