Please make sure the Cross project liaisons page [1] is up to date with
your Newton commitments. 


* If you are planning to stick around with certain duties and your name
is already on the wiki page [1] , please make sure the contact
information is up-to-date. Also, please note any changes that may have
happened on the responsibilities mentioned in the wiki.


* If you are not looking forward to contributing to a specific duty that
you signed up for earlier or if you wish to change your duties (for
example if you wish to be a QA liaison and you have been a release
liaison until now), please let me know first and after the ack update
the page [1] -- this can be racy (two or more people interested in the
same role) so trying to avoid conflict of interests.


* If you are interested in contributing to any of the roles or are
interested in signing up for more than one role, you are welcome to do
so. You do not need to be a core in the project for this sign-up but
cores are encouraged to sign-up. If you are looking to make your way
into the core group, this could be a good opportunity as well. The
responsibilities for each role have been mentioned in the wiki [1]. But
the first and foremost responsibility is being the primary point of
contact of Glance for that cross-group and keep a regular sync with the
PTL about the updates. You are strongly encouraged to mention updates at
our weekly meetings (except in some cases like security liaisons where
you will send updates privately via email to the glance-core-sec group
or sometimes to the VMT team).


All the names against these roles will be considered final tomorrow
(Wednesday May 18th 23:59 UTC).
