Hi.

Short answer: Very good idea, I'd like to see the spec.

Slightly longer:
Moving this information to the docs landing page, it will increase the
visibility
of Big Tent projects and it's a way for operators to know what's available.
It
partially addresses our concern about treating Big Tent projects as
OpenStack
first-class citizens in the install-guide. Finally, an operator who want's
to install
a Big Tent project, should be informed about the project's prerequisites as
early
as possible.
