All the containers are started expect for 'ironic_inspector' and
'nova_compute_ironic'. Looking at the
'kolla/docker/ironic/ironic-inspector' shows no contruct for Ubuntu.

USER ironic
Rebuilt successufully the ironic containers on centos. The question is how
can I deploy them ? Using 'kolla-ansible deploy' does not support 'mixed'
environments.
