Open Stack

Hi,

I started to try deploying OpenStack on Ubuntu Xenial using our Puppet
modules and I hit a lot of issues, referenced in this etherpad:

We need to solve them all as soon as possible, because we're going to
gate on Xenial starting from Newton (Newton won't be packaged in
Trusty).
If you're willing to work with us, please have a look at the etherpad
and feel free to put your name and take actions.
