Open Stack

Hi all!

At the summit, a few people asked us about StoryBoard meetings (and the 
next StoryBoard meetup). So here are the details:

IRC Meetings (text shamelessly copied from wiki):

StoryBoard holds public weekly meetings in #openstack-meeting, 
Wednesdays at 1500 UTC. Everyone who is interested in development and 
use of StoryBoard is encouraged to attend.
