Hi Shinobu,

I can help you with the documentation piece, at least.

The documentation team are working on a new method to help projects document their installation guides in their own repo, with publishing to docs.openstack.org. This is explicitly to help projects meet the project navigator requirements.

Before Newton, we will have the infrastructure up, and hope to also have a template and some other guides for you to help you do this. If you have questions about getting started on this, please email the docs mailing list: openstack-docs at lists.openstack.org

Thanks,
Lana
