Open Stack

I'll be away next week, Tuesday and Wednesday for personal reasons,
with very rare Internet access.
Denis Egorenko (degorenko on IRC) will handle the PTL role during this
time, and lead the weekly meeting.

If anything happens and someone needs Puppet OpenStack PTL decision on
something, we can trust him to do it.
