Open Stack

hi folks,

as it is my final days, i've decided to follow cdent's creed by burning 
stuff (joking, sorta...). as they have moved on to other items in 
OpenStack, i'd like to thank eglynn and DinaBelova for their past 
contributions to Ceilometer. also, a special thanks to dhellmann, who 
stepped down earlier but i just never got around to thanking. as per 
custom, y'all are welcome back.

Thank you for helping create and shape Telemetry in OpenStack! i hope 
future cores do you proud.
