Hi team,

I would like to propose adding Thomas Herve(therve) for the Zaqar core 
team. TBH, I have drafted this mail about 6 months ago, the reason you 
see this mail until now is because I'm not sure if Thomas can dedicate 
his time on Zaqar(He is a very busy man). But as you see, I'm wrong. He 
continually contribute a lot of high quality patches for Zaqar[1] and a 
lot of inspiring comments for this project and team. I'm sure he would 
make excellent addition to the team. If no one objects, I'll proceed and 
add him  in a week from now.
