the first and second milestones.

General Notes

The members of the release team will all be traveling next week.
This will result in delays in releases being processed, so please
plan accordingly.

Release Actions
---------------

Official independent projects should file information about historical
releases using the openstack/releases repository so the team pages
on releases.openstack.org are up to date.

This is also a good time to review stable/liberty and stable/mitaka
branches for needed releases.
