If you were hoping to bring an issue up at the meeting today please instead start an email thread tagged "[api]" so we can discuss it asynchronously or if it seems appropriate create a bug[1]. If your heart was yearning to do some API-WG related thinking and working during that hour, go to #openstack-meeting-3 at 1600 UTC and find like minded people to discuss the pending guidelines[2] or write some new guidelines based on the bugs in [1].
