FYI, neutron-fwaas isn't the only thing that has the problem. Also,
networking-sfc has the issue (with /usr/bin/neutron-openvswitch-agent).
Which is why I thought it was a good idea to raise the awareness through
a thread on this list, rather than just filing a bug.

And BTW, here's the bug for networking-sfc:

Does neutron-fwaas also use "neutron" as launchpad package for bug report?
