Hello, As the job "publish to PyPI" has been added to the infra pipeline, I suggest to cherry pick the following patches(which has been merged to the master branch) to stable/mitaka branch, then we can make an initial release in stable/mitaka branch, and also to test the release publish procedure work or not. In the early stage of a project, velocity is quite important to get features on board and move fast to grow, the first release is not for production purpose, but for preview.
