Open Stack

Hi,

I'm not currently kolla-core, but I am a member of stable-maint-core (cross
project).  I've been pretty involved with Kolla this cycle, some 7 landed
commits and 34 patchsets pushed up.. So I have a good understanding of both
sides of the camp.  I'd be happy to throw my head into the ring for
kolla-stable-maint.
