Open Stack

Hi All,

As we have seen over the last cycle or so, our docs need a bit of a refresh.

We decided at the last IRC meeting that we should have a Doc Smash on 
the 13th July 2016 @ 14:30 UTC.

The place holder bug is here - 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/designate/+bug/1590937 and I will break it 
out into smaller bugs for the day itself.

So - if you are interested in helping us give the docs a bit of TLC,
