The oslo team is diverse in skills and projects to work on. I trust everyone to
respect other projects and focus on the things they have expertise on. OpenStack
and Oslo are complex enough to add an extra layer of granularity in roles and
permissions. We already do this in other teams within the same code base. It is
just more evident in Oslo because there are more, smaller, projects.
