[openstack-dev] [fuel] New gate jobs for 'fuel-agent' and 'python-fuelclient' packages

Yes,
we have a bug [1] for making similar [2] gate job for 'fuel-web'
and we got success run of the job [3] today.

Expecting approve from 'fuel-qa' team for moving forward.
