[openstack-dev] [Fuel] Question about Feature Freeze Exceptions for non-invasive features

The thing is it may not require changes in Fuel for 10.0 too, ideally we
would like to add a couple of new gates to OpenStack infra, so they will be
enabled for external extensions when there are any.
