[openstack-dev] [fuel] Move virtualbox scripts to a separate directory

New git repository fuel-virtualbox has been created
https://github.com/openstack/fuel-virtualbox.git and since now all review
requests that are related to virtualbox scripts for releases 9.0 and later
should be sent to the new git repository.
