Hi everyone,

I just wanted to send an announcement to the ML that we've officially shutdown
the openstack-qa ML. We had basically stopped using this completely 2-3 years ago
but kept the list alive because of the periodic job results needing a place to
be sent. However, with the introduction of openstack-health last cycle that has
been addressed. Now we can track periodic job test results in a single place at:

http://status.openstack.org/openstack-health/#/g/build_queue/periodic

and we can evolve the UI to suit our needs and address any gaps or limitations.

So last week I changed the ML settings to stop advertising this list exists
on the list of available ML at http://lists.openstack.org . I also made it so
any messages sent to the list are just dropped. I'm not able to completely
delete this ML because doing so would mean we lose the archives, and since
this was once an active ML I wasn't comfortable doing this. The archives can
be found here:
