Also, for small feature changes happening now, it's fine to simply update
the WADL file as the migrations will be ongoing. You can find neutron API
reference information here:
https://github.com/openstack/api-site/tree/master/api-ref/src/wadls/networking-api/src/wadl

which is published to
http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref-networking-v2.html and will continue
to be while we work on changes away from WADL.
