This is my preference.  Yes, it means that there is an education hurdle
for anyone new to OpenStack to overcome.  But once that is done, there
is a concise and precise term that they and we can all use and understand.

To look at the case that I'm most familiar with:  For me the pervasive
use of 'OpenStack Networking' - rather than 'Neutron' - in docs is both
cumbersome and potentially confusing.  'Networking' can have different
connotations outside the OpenStack context from those inside, and often
doc must talk about both those concepts at the same time.  It would be
much simpler, IMO, just to say 'Neutron' when that is what we mean.
