Open Stack

This is just a reminder that we'll be tagging the o-2 tag for nova 
tomorrow (Thursday Dec 15th). There is generally no science to this, 
it's just the HEAD of the nova master branch whenever I decide to create 
the release request (probably end of day today for me).

If there are critical bugs/upgrade issues that I should hold up for this 
though, please let me know today.
