Probably only for users who don't read. Normally, I think people who
follow the "Forgot password?" link at
https://openstackid.org/accounts/user/login see the sentence on the
next page above the Web form where it says, "If you no longer have
access to the email address associated with your OpenStackID, please
send an email to info at openstack.org with the relevant details."
