Open Stack

by default, dragonflow uses geneve as the tunnel protocol. you can
specify 'TUNNEL_TYPE=vxlan' to enable vxlan.

dragonflow only supports tunneling, gre, vxlan or geneve. the flat and
vlan types are under review.
