There are several blueprints for Trove that are awaiting review [1]. Many of these are targeted for Newton, some were originally started for Mitaka but missed the deadlines and are still being considered for Newton. Would all reviewers please take a look at these and provide feedback. Several of them also have code that can be reviewed and the sooner we can get them merged, the better.
