Hi, everyone,

we declare Merge Freeze to create stable/mitaka branch in Fuel projects.

Please don't merge any patches to master branch in any Fuel project.

We expect merge freeze to take 4-6 hours, during which we need to
merge all version bumps and make master branch to pass BVT.
