What are LP bug#s ? Are you saying that fixes are still work in
progress on master and not ready for backporting yet?

One suggestion how to speed up reviews of such patch series:
put them all under the same topic for an easy gerrit URL, then ping on
#openstack-stable.
Stable backport reviews are supposed to be done primarily by
per-project stable-maint teams but stable-maint-core could also help.
