Hi,

Following is the subteam report for Ironic. As usual, this is pulled
directly from the Ironic whiteboard[0] and formatted.

Bugs (dtantsur)
============
As of Mon, Sep 21 (diff with Sep 14)
- Open: 136 (-6). 7 new (-4), 41 in progress (-7), 0 critical, 12 high (+1)
and 9 incomplete
- Nova bugs with Ironic tag: 23. 0 new, 0 critical, 1 high

I've started to go through the dashboard and pinging people about their
stale (>1 month of inactivity) bugs.
    - I'll unassign/abandon everything where I won't get response next
Monday.

Neutron/Ironic work (jroll)
====================
No updates // bumped to Mitaka

ironic-lib adoption (dtantsur)
======================
- library released, but we didn't switch to it in time (DepFreeze)
    - therefore, there will not be a liberty/stable branch of ironic-lib
- plan to switch as soon as Mitaka opens

Nova Liaisons (jlvillal & mrda)
=======================
- No updates

Oslo (lintan)
==========
- Oslo verisonedobjects library adoption is done, the change of oslo
library should not break Ironic easily anymore.
    - need reviews on https://review.openstack.org/#/c/224079/
- Oslo team is working on a solution to reload configuration of service.
It's still under heavy construction, but maybe interesting to someone.

Doc (pshige)
==========
No updates

Testing/Quality (jlvillal/lekha)
======================
- lekha: Has submitted a patch to do functional testing of
python-ironicclient using mimic. https://review.openstack.org/225375
 Blocked until mimic is added to global-requirements, which has to wait for
freeze to end
- krtaylor and lekha have both said they would like to be part of the
Testing/Quality subteam.
- Still need tempest to accept the API microversion testing patch
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/166386/

Inspector (dtansur)
===============
- stable/liberty branch created for python-ironic-inspector-client at 1.2.0
release
- IPA is a fully supported inspection ramdisk now:
    - doc: https://github.com/openstack/ironic-inspector#using-ipa
    - one extra patch is awaiting review:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/225092/ (upstreaming a couple of plugins)
- ironic-inspector 2.2.0 with stable/liberty expected this Thursday, stuff
to finish is tracked here:
    - https://launchpad.net/ironic-inspector/+milestone/2.2.0

Bifrost (TheJulia)
