Hi everyone interested in volume migration:

I have just drafted the devref for volume migration in Cinder. It consists 
of everything I can think of for the volume migration.

For folks who have much experience in migration:
Help me check it to see if it is comprehensive and precise. If there is 
anything missing or confusing, please comment on it.

For folks who are not familiar with experience in migration:
Read the devref from the beginning to the end to see if you have got what 
volume migration is about, how to use, how to configure, etc. Check if it 
is clear and easy to understand.
