Not sure what changed...

On this page (https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/) on the right hand side, do you see "Bug Supervisor" set to "Nova Bug Team"?  I believe "Nova Bug Team" is open and you can add yourself, so if you do not see yourself in that group, can you please add it and try?

In the past I was able to set the importance of a bug. Now I am unable to do this? Has the policy changed? Can someone please clarify. If the policy has changed who is responsible for deciding the priority of a bug?
