[openstack-dev] [Glance] Feature Freeze Exception proposal

We agreed to hold off on granting it a FFE until tomorrow.

There's a sync up meeting on this topic tomorrow, Friday Sept 4th at
14:30 UTC ( #openstack-glance ). Please be there to voice your opinion
and cast your vote.
