[openstack-dev] [Fuel][Fuel-Library] Nominating Alex Schultz to Fuel-Library Core

I'm not a Fuel core or anything, but +1 from me. Alex has been very 
visible in the community and his work on librarian-puppet was a great 
step forward for the project.
