Open Stack

Hi,

Following is the subteam report for Ironic. As usual, this is pulled
directly from the Ironic whiteboard[0] and formatted.

Bugs (dtantsur)
============
As of Mon, Aug 31 (diff with Aug 24)
- Open: 144 (+3). 9 new (+4), 50 in progress, 0 critical, 13 high and 10
(+1) incomplete
- Nova bugs with Ironic tag: 24 (-1). 1 new, 0 critical, 1 (+1) high


Oslo (lintan)
==========
Oslo plan to dismiss oslo-incubator as most code are already moved to
libraries. So in the future, other projects should maintain the code under
openstack/common by themself. It is also suggested to rename the folder to
avoid misundertand.


Testing (adam_g/jlvillal)
==================
Sent out email asking for interested parties for functional testing. Did
receive one response.  But believe there are at least two other people
interested in functional testing. Also JayF pointed to the 'mimic' project,
which looks useful.


Inspector (dtansur)
===============
- our dsvm is now voting on ironic-inspector. next step is to make it
voting on a client
- need reviews for IPA patch: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/205587/


Bifrost (TheJulia)
=============
- Gate is currently broken due to conflicting change in ironic.  Fix has
been approved ans should be landing shortly
- Our non-voting job should be passing soon once the issues with the
ironic-agent dib element get sorted out and landed.
- Cleanup under-way to cut an initial release.
