[openstack-dev] [magnum][kolla] Stepping down as a Magnum core reviewer

Really a pity!

We need more resources on the container part in OpenStack indeed, as so
many new projects are just initiated.

Community is not only about putting technologies together, but also putting
technical guys together.

Happy to see so many guys in the Tokyo Summit this afternoon.

Let's take care of the opportunities to make good communications with each
other.
