[openstack-dev] [openstack-announce] [release][stable][keystone][ironic] keystonemiddleware release 1.5.3 (kilo)

I suspect it could break ironic stable/kilo in the same way as 2.0.0 
release. Still investigating, checking if 
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/250341/ will also fix it. Example of 
failing patch: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/248365/
