CI has it's place, unit tests have their place, local development has it's place. No on suggested otherwise.
Can you develop in CI, sure is it a great experience? In my opinion no.
Anyway, I think this is heading off track and I'd like to try and steer it back
to the problem at hand.
There are 2 simple questions:
1. How does one setup an python development environment that is as close as
possible to the environment that hyper-v runs in.
2. Are the details captured in an easy to locate document for developers?
