Yes, let's talk about dims while he isn't here. I'll second what Michael and Steve have to say. Dims has been a great guy to work with and he's been a great resource.
On one occasion, I needed some openstack folks to help (in person) at very short notice. Dims (and Kamesh, also of Mirantis) drove over an hour each and we did a very well received presentation about OpenStack!
So yes, ++ to all the adjectives!
