We have a guide for Kilo [3] - we are working on the liberty one
currently, but there should not be a huge difference. There is an
additional service (designate-zone-manager) that should follow the same
init / usage style of pool-manager, and we now support using a tooz
backend for co-ordination. This has only currently been fully tested
using Zookeeper - but as more tooz backends get written the list should
grow.

Definitely - I can add it to the agenda for this week if you like?
