[openstack-dev] [Neutron] Mid-cycle meetup for Mitaka

Gareth,
For the time being, we don't have a Neutron mid-cycle scheduled. Later in
the Mitaka cycle, it will be assessed whether we need to schedule on or
not. But for the time being, the decision is we are not having one
