Why am I receiving this?
========================
With bp [1] we got some aggreement on how we should handle the config
options of Nova. Long story short, move/put them to "/nova/conf" and
provide a proper help text. Commit [2] is the first one which does it.

With this ML post I'd like to ask you to put new config options to the
"nova/conf/" folder. If you have any questions on how to do this, just
ping me in IRC (markus_z).

The other existing config options will be moved and refactored like
in [2]. The etherpad [3] lists all of them. If you want to contribute
there (it's a newbie friendly task), ping me in IRC (markus_z)
