A rollcall vote is a majority vote with no veto power. The reason there is no veto power is because if the majority wants to proceed, one angry soul shouldn't stop progress :) Please if you haven't had a chance to review the spec have a review, and if you like it, since we have 9 core reviewers at the moment, feel free to +A the spec as well.
