Meetings have transitioned to on-demand, and future meetings can either be done as an on-demand topic in the Neutron IRC meeting, or as an on-demand special meeting.

I'll go through the VPNaaS bugs in Launchpad and comment on them, as to my opinion of importance, priority, relevance, etc.
