Hi, The implementer has indicated using a note on the BP that they are going with only the initial implementation of quota for storage of bytes and not the number of images. It seems like this should be sufficient. However, if you feel like we should implement quota for "the number of images" (also the use case would be slightly different "for number of images stored"), we would be willing to hear more on a Glance spec ( https://github.com/openstack/glance-specs ). Please file one under the liberty folder and I encourage you to attend one of the Glance weekly meetings to bring this up and show interest if you (or anyone you know) wish(es) to implement it. Thanks, Nikhil On 5/19/15 3:14 AM, Gareth wrote: > Hi glance guys > > There is a bp[0] said it would implement two basic quota usage: > > a, the number of image stored > b, the amount of storage in occupied by a set of image > > However, only b is implemented in the patch[1], and a is still missing > in current glance. > > [0] https://blueprints.launchpad.net/glance/+spec/glance-basic-quotas > [1] https://review.openstack.org/#/c/37993/18 > > > __________________________________________________________________________ > OpenStack Development Mailing List (not for usage questions) > Unsubscribe: OpenStack-dev-request at lists.openstack.org?subject:unsubscribe > http://lists.openstack.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/openstack-dev -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
