Hello puppet-openstack,

I am writing to introduce and explain my motivation behind https://review.openstack.org/#/c/177037/
Additionally I am looking for code review to help land this feature.

I work on the openstack team at TWC. Recently we have made a move away from another product
to manage swift deployments and have fully adopted use of the puppet-swift module.
We have several development, staging and active production swift deployments. We make use of the following features in swift to separate cluster-internal traffic from client traffic:

http://docs.openstack.org/developer/swift/replication_network.html#summary

The change set 177037 I propose is rather large but is the minimum viable change set I could come up with for this feature. My research online shows that a lot of folks end up implementing a lot of the swift features in their configuration manifests where I believe some of it might be more widely useful if it existed in the module itself. This change is the first of many to come in my effort to harden/modernize this module.

Thanks in advance for you input!

-Adam
