Open Stack

Can someone please point me to where OpenStack testing processes are
explained? Which systems is/are used, how it tied into Jenkins, what gates
are, etc. I'm not a developer but this stuff has been an area that I
haven't explored for far too long. I keep running into URL's that are
labeled obsolete.
