One project called “Copper” in OPNFV also mentioned a similar use case “Geo-Diverse Load-Balanced Service Instance Deployment” here : https://wiki.opnfv.org/copper/use_cases Designate may help “Geo-Diverse Load-Balanced Service Instance Deployment”, “a single (flat) external domain name space for floating IPs” could be the first step, multiple external domains may be the second step.
