Open Stack

The Nova API attaches security groups to servers.  The Neutron API attaches
security groups to ports. A server can of course have multiple ports. Up
through Icehouse at least the Horizon GUI only exposes the ability to map
security groups to servers (I haven't looked beyond Icehouse).

Are both server and port associations of security groups planned to be
supported into the future, or with the progression towards neutron, will
server association be retired?
